Select one PDF, click on the page to type (or choose "Draw" to write by hand), then click "Save PDF".
Good to know: You add things on top of the page; the original text in the PDF cannot be changed. Content hidden with "Cover" is only hidden and stays in the file. To remove content completely, use "Delete PDF Pages".
